Andrea C. | Alberta Group | Marine Institute | Former Student Athlete

As an athlete, I was initially attracted to Enterprise Mobility because your success is determined by how hard you work. That spoke to me. One of the many things keeping me here is how the company supports people with disabilities. While all my coworkers always make sure I’m comfortable, I never feel like I’m different than anyone else because of my hearing disability.

As clichéd as it sounds, this company is a family to me. It doesn't matter what your background is, where you're from, what you studied in school, or what your disability is — at the end of the day, everyone in our business operations started out in the Management Training program. That keeps us all connected. And, keeps us all equal.

My Career Tips

"At Enterprise, I’m not afraid to ask questions in order to be successful, and you shouldn’t be afraid to either."

"There will always be chances to grow within the company, so make sure you’re always prepared to seize new opportunities."

"Just be you. Be true to yourself and you’ll be successful."

"Be coachable and flexible. Be willing to adapt to new circumstances and learn from coworkers — it will help you to grow in the long run."
