Car Sales Administrator - Atlanta GA
Enterprise Holdings, operating Enterprise Rent-A-Car, National Car Rental, and Alamo Rent a Car, has an immediate opening for a Full Time Car Sales Administrator at our Group headquarters in Atlanta, Ga. This administrative position will focus primarily on processing sale paperwork and titles for sold vehicles. In addition, this position will be the primary point of contact for our internal sales team and our external vehicle purchasers. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is extremely organized, professional, and detail-oriented.
The position starting pay is $17-$18.50/hr!
This is a Full Time position, working 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
- Complete titles and all related paperwork to transfer ownership of sold vehicles
- Experience processing high volumes of documentation daily
- Process sale documents accurately and timely
- Safeguard, track, and audit physical titles
- Interact professionally with our sales team and our customers, including auctions
- Maintain and audit car sales files for completeness
- Assist in title and inventory audits
- Assist with miscellaneous responsibilities as assigned by supervisor
- Other responsibilities might include accounts payable
