Enterprise Holdings has an immediate opening for a Full Time License and Title Clerk. This position is based out of our Administrative Office.


Location: 701 Wedeman Avenue Linthicum Heights, MD 21090.


The License and Title department is responsible for partnering with our Vehicle Acquisition, Remarketing and Referral Car Sale teams to accurately and efficiently process paperwork related to the registration, titling and subsequent sale of our vehicle fleet. We are seeking an individual with the ability to accurately work with a high-volume of transactions. Additionally, it is important that this individual be able to multi-task and have sound communication skills. 


This full-time position offers compensation of $15 per hour and a schedule of 40 hours per week.

  • Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

This individual will be primarily responsible for supporting our Remarketing department by performing business related duties of which many are listed here:

  • Tracking and storing titles in preparation for their sale
  • Processing and checking DMV documentation for accuracy and completeness
  • Filling out titles in order to have the DMV switch ownership to dealers
  • Completing mandatory logs/reports for our group and corporate offices
  • Filing, copying and reviewing various items and reports
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task

In working with our Remarketing team, this individual will also partner with Admin employees from other offices, and dealerships so solid communication skills will be a must.

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required
  • Must have Intermediate to Advanced Level of Proficiency with Excel
  • Must have 1 years of experience in an administrative support position within the last 5 years
    • Title experience preferred, but not required
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
  • Must have a valid driver's license for at least 1 year
  • Satisfactory background check inclusive of driving (no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years, and no drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the last 3 years) criminal, employment reference, education and social security. A conviction will not necessarily disqualify you for employment, rather, such factors as age and date of conviction, seriousness and nature of the crime, and rehabilitation will be considered.  Applicants will not be asked about their criminal record and no criminal background checks will be conducted unless and until a conditional offer of employment has been extended.
  • Must live within a reasonable commute of Linthicum, MD (no more than 1 hour)
  • Must be willing to accept a salary of $15 per hour
  • Apart from religious observations, must be available to commit to the following schedule:
    • Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
