We are excited to announce a full-time opening for an Administrative Representative at our Beaverton location.

 

The Administrative Representative is responsible for the proper functioning of all back office support functions concentrating on asset protection, branch operational support, customer support, accounts receivables and payables, and expense control.  This position will support multiple locations in a geographic area, but is based out of our Beaverton, OR location.  This position will offer phone support, reservation support and will assist in streamlining the rental ready process for customers.  

 

The available shifts are:

 

Shift One:

  • Sunday 8:30am - 6pm
  • Monday 7:30am - 7pm
  • Tuesday off
  • Wednesday off
  • Thursday off
  • Friday 7:30am - 7pm
  • Saturday 8:30am - 6pm

Shift Two:

 

  • Monday 9am - 6pm
  • Tuesday 9am - 6pm
  • Wednesday 9am - 6pm
  • Thursday 9am - 6pm
  • Friday 9am - 6pm

 

 

 

 


Responsibilities

Phones

Provide a high level of customer service by assisting customers and assessing their rental needs in person and over the phone 

  • Greet customers in a friendly and timely manner
  • Provide directions and general assistance
  • Understand and communicate rental terms and conditions, vehicle features and other services 
  • Perform various administrative and basic accounting functions such as: research and billing support tasks, accounts receivables, transfer and key logs, run miscellaneous reports, supply maintenance, process customer billing
  • Perform miscellaneous and backup duties job-related duties as assigned
  • Incoming calls- reservations, rate quotes, general questions and answers, provide information and resolution for customers, other branches, insurance companies, dealerships, repair shops and other vendors, lost and found, and breakdown/switchout exchanges.

  • Outgoing calls- callback management, account receivables, car control including overdue vehicles, close pends, incomplete rentals/returns, lost and found, and miscellaneous calls as assigned.

Miscellaneous

  • Continuously build knowledge and skills, pursue on the job training and development opportunities and any company sponsored classroom training
  • Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality
  • Perform miscellaneous and backup duties job-related duties as assigned


Qualifications

   

    • Must be at least 18 years old
    • High school diploma or GED equivalent required; some college preferred
    • Requires at least 6 months customer service experience within the past 5 years
    • Must have a valid drivers license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years
    • No drug or alcohol related event on driving record in the past 5 years (DUI, DWI, failed breath test, diversion agreement or similar)
    • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
  • This position pays $13.00 per hour

 

Aside from religious observance, candidate must be able to work one of the following shifts:
