Overview

Enterprise Rent-A-Car's Group Headquarters has an immediate opening for an Executive Assistant. This person will support a Corporate Vice President. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is experienced with supporting senior-management, extremely organized, detail-oriented, and highly cognizant of the importance of maintaining confidentiality.

 

This role is based out of our administrative offices 2271 Valleydale Road, Suite 100, Birmingham, AL 35244

 

This is a full-time position Monday - Friday 8am-5pm.

Responsibilities

• Provide confidential support
• Produce and Create Reports
• Coordinate meetings through Outlook software
• Coordinate Travel Arrangements
• Support and/or manage various meetings as needed
• Handle departmental specific phone calls
• Support our field operations in anyway possible
• File Management
• General clerical and administrative duties including: preparing correspondence, updating contacts, faxing, etc.
• Special projects and miscellaneous duties as needed

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or GED required, college highly preferred
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must have 3-5 years of previous administrative experience, supporting senior-level management required
  • Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) required
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
