Overview

Enterprise Holdings has an immediate opening for a License and Title Clerk.  This position will focus primarily on processing vehicle car sales, assigning titles, car sale file compliance & assisting with vehicle registrations and plating.  In addition, the License and Title Clerk will be the primary point of contact for Remarketing sales titles for the regional office.

This position is located in Bozeman, MT. This position starts at an annual targeted compensation of $40,000. The location of this position is:

Responsibilities

  • Management of titles for sales to dealers/auctions
  • Keying sales into system
  • Assigning titles, ensuring compliance of procedures and accurate documentation
  • Applying for duplicate titles as needed
  • Forwarding titles to remarketing or other teams for secured collection of funds
  • Following-up on car sale receivables
  • Supporting the team with title issues
  • Perform title audits
  • Assist with reports, schedules, clerical work and any other miscellaneous duties as needed

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must have a High School diploma or GED
  • Minimum of intermediate PC skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook, Excel) required
  • Prior DMV/dealership experience is a plus
  • Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years.
  • No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record in the past 5 years (ie., DUI/DWI)
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
