Enterprise Fleet Management in Burlington, MA is excited to announce the opening for an Client Strategy Manager! The Client Strategy Manager (CSM) position is responsible for managing, developing and penetrating our existing customer base.

 

The Client Strategy Manager will work with companies with a fleet of vehicles of 20 or more who have a strong need to out-source their fleet management services. The CSM will achieve sales goals through referrals and various forms of marketing and sales presentations that further promote the value of Fleet Management to key decision makers. The Client Strategy Manager's primary responsibility is to act as a virtual fleet manager for each of their Clients and their success is measured by the ability to exceed the customer's expectations for service, knowledge and professionalism.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively manage the Fleet in their existing client base from acquisition through deletion
  • Work alongside internal departments to ensure the highest level of client satisfaction
  • Develop long-term relationships with decision makers through regularly scheduled meetings, ongoing marketing and act as the primary strategic point of contact at EFM
  • Partner with clients and implement financial based fleet recommendations
  • Develop strategies to uncover any potential opportunities to sell additional products and services
  • Partner with Account Executives (AEs) to effectively onboard new clients, and to drive referral opportunities within the client base
  • Review available reports and analyze data in order to make proper fleet recommendations
  • Responsible for strategic and proactive fleet management duties based on the business objectives and needs of the clients
  • Conduct various meetings with existing clients which include; Fleet Analysis Meeting, Annual Client Review, and relationship-building and maintain client data in various systems including; Salesforce, EDGE, Fleet Planning Toolkit

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Completed Bachelor's degree required (Economics or Finance degree prefered)
  • Must have at least 1-3 years of B2B (Business to Business) sales experience (not retail or B2C)
  • Must have a valid unrestricted driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents within the last 3 years
  • Must not have any DUIs/DWIs within the last 5 years
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
  • Must live within no more than a one hour commute of the office located at 10 Second Avenue in Burlington, MA or be moving to the area within 30 days
  • Starting pay includes a 3 year inclining guarantee of $80,000 - $120,000/year based on experience. Must be willing to accept that compensation will consist of a $35,000 base + bonus structure beginning year 4
