Starting pay for the position is $17.00/hr at the Cedar Rapids Airport located at 2121 Arthur Collins Pkwy SW Cedar Rapids, IA 52404!


Several shifts available for our Summer season: 

Shifts - 7a-4p, 9a-5p, 10a-7p, 2p-10pm, 4p-12a, 6p-2a

The Customer Experience Representative (CXR) will provide a high level of customer service by assisting both internal and external customers, primarily face-to-face, supporting their branch and rental needs. The CXR will gain knowledge through local training and hands-on experience to provide administrative support, service customers, and act as a rental back-up in a large home city branch or airport location. This role is available as a temporary full time position.  Inside sales and customer service skills will be utilized on a daily basis.


  • Meet and greet customers in a professional, friendly, and timely manner
  • Provide superior, efficient customer service by understanding and communicating rental terms and conditions, vehicle features and other services which includes offering optional protection products, upgrades, fuel options and other additional equipment
  • Offer additional customer assistance by offering directions, maps, local area information, and appropriate service information
  • Answer incoming calls for reservations, rate quotes, general questions, provide information and resolution for customers, other branches, and other vendors
  • Place outgoing calls for callback management, and miscellaneous calls as assigned
  • Assist to assess condition of rental upon return
  • Notify Management of any known customer problems
  • Notify Management of any known vehicle problems and any required vehicle maintenance
  • Continuously build knowledge and skills, pursue on the job training and development opportunities and any company sponsored classroom training

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required
  • Some college required
  • Must be willing to accept a seasonal position lasting no more than 150 days starting in May 2024.  Candidates who are hired will not be eligible for any other opportunities at Enterprise for a minimum of 6 months following the end of seasonal employment.
  • Must have at least 6 months prior customer service or sales experience
  • Must have a valid drivers license with no more than 3 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years
  • No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the past 5 years
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
