Lot Attendant - DFW Airport


Overview
Enterprise Holdings is seeking a responsible, dedicated person to join our team as a Full Time Lot Attendant at Dallas Fort Worth Airport (DFW)!
This position pays $15.00 / hour and is located at our offisite airport location at 3720 S 26th Avenue, Dallas, TX 75261.

- Thursday 10am-6pm
- Friday 10am-6pm
- Saturday 10am-6pm
- Sunday 10am-6pm
- Monday 10am-6pm
- Tuesday OFF
- Wednesday OFF
The Lot Attendant will be responsible for the inventory and flow of vehicles at facility at the DFW Airport. In addition, the Lot Attendant will help with the preparation and inspect for quality to ensure all vehicles meet the company’s standards.

Responsibilities
- Scan every vehicle on rental and service lots
- Run unaccounted report once inventory is completed in order to correct possible errors
- Understand the importance of car placement as it pertains to financial obligation to various stations
- Demonstrate and maintain professional oral and written communication co-workers and other company staff
- Offer alternatives and options to overcome objections
- Adhere to shift assignments in a 24 hr/7 day operation
- Accept repetitive work tasks performed in a solitude work environment
- Maintain Enterprise Holdings standards for appearance, professionalism, and dependability
- Understand the damage loss report reporting procedure
- Inventory and return lost & found
- Increased level of problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to draft professional correspondence through email
- Ability to communicate potential problems concerning vehicles via email
- Exhibit professional, courteous and friendly behavior
- Proven ability to become an expert in all related applications and policies
- Ability to probe for additional information in a professional manner
- Attention to detail and ability to focus on current task with office distractions
- Accurate typing and data-entry skills

Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record within the past 3 years
- Must have no drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record within the past 5 years (DUI/DWI)
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
