Enterprise Mobility has an exciting opportunity for a Customer Experience Representative (CXR) at The Erie International Airport!

The responsibilities in this position include providing a high level of customer service to customers, primarily face-to-face and supporting their rental needs. The CXR will also offer company approved services and products to provide a positive experience for all customers.  This individual facilitates the rental process through verifying all necessary driver information to provide for an efficient and timely rental and return experience. 

 

This position pays $17.00/hour.

 

This is a part-time position with a rotating schedule, with shifts rotating between opening and closing every other week, and rotating weekend shifts.

  • Opening week:
    • Monday 9:00am - 3:00pm 
    • Tuesday 9:00am - 3:00pm
    • Thursday 9:00am - 3:00pm
    • Friday 9:00am - 3:00pm
  • Closing week:
    • Monday 5:00pm - 11:00pm 
    • Tuesday 5:00pm - 11:00pm 
    • Thursday 5:00pm - 11:00pm 
    • Friday 5:00pm - 11:00pm 
  • Rotational Weekend Shift
    • 11:00am-3:00pm & 8:00pm-11:00pm

Responsibilities

  • Provide superior, efficient customer service by understanding and communicating rental terms and conditions, vehicle features and other services which includes offering optional protection products, upgrades, fuel options and other additional equipment
  • Offer additional customer assistance by offering directions, maps, local area information, and appropriate service information
  • Answer incoming calls for reservations, rate quotes, general questions, provide information and resolution for customers, other branches, and other vendors
  • Place outgoing calls for callback management, and miscellaneous calls as assigned
  • Assist to assess condition of rental upon return
  • Notify Management of any known customer problems
  • Notify Management of any known vehicle problems and any required vehicle maintenance
  • Continuously build knowledge and skills, pursue on the job training and development opportunities and any company sponsored classroom training

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violation or at-fault accident in the past 3 years
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
  • Must be willing to work at the Erie International Airport location
  • Must be able to work the following rotating schedule:
    • Opening week:

      • Tuesday 9:00am - 3:00pm
