Enterprise Rent-A-Car has an exciting opportunity for a Remarketing Inventory Coordinator in our Greer, SC office!  The Remarketing Inventory Coordinator will be responsible for vehicle check-in, organization, reconditioning, paperwork and overall vehicle control for the Remarketing department. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is extremely organized, detail-oriented, and highly cognizant of the importance of maintaining confidentiality. The starting pay for this position is $14.50 / hr.

Responsibilities

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Schedule and dispatch drivers daily
• Keep all logistics software current
• Approval of driver timesheets
• Receiving of deletesfrom rental branches
• Controlling the parking of inventory
• Detecting damage on incoming vehicles
• Checking in the cars and writing a description of damage
• Computer entry to tag vehicles as checked in
• Organization of the parking lot(s) and inventory
• Inventory tracking and reconciliation
• Location of keys for units being moved
• Interaction and coordination with both transport drivers and the driver employees
• Organize travel route and ensure vehicle paperwork is accurate and timely
• Drive and deliver vehicles locally or out of area as needed
• Coordination of cars at reconditioning facilities
• Local driving to and from reconditioning centers
• Tracking of outgoing inventory
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must be willing to accept $14.50/hour for this position
• Must have a valid drivers license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years
• No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the past 5 years
• Applicant cannot have interviewed for this position with Alamo Rent-A-Car, Enterprise Rent-A-Car or National Car Rental within the last 6 months
• Must be available and willing to work outdoors
