Overview

As an Accounting Coordinator, you will be exposed to basic accounting procedures and principles ranging from accounts payable and receivable systems to financial statement, preparation, and analysis.

 

This is a hybrid position, will work roughly 2 days from home and 3 days in the office at our Highlands Ranch, CO location.

 

This position offers targeted Compensation of $20.00-$25.00 per hour and can fluctuate based on performance.

Responsibilities

An Account Coordinator is responsible for:

  • Assist with the sales tax process
  • General filing and processing and Preparing and Analyzing Internal Audit Reports
  • Provide reporting to the field
  • Assist with Accounts Payable transactions as needed
  • Validate payment requests for complete information
  • Assist in special projects as requested
  • Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
  • Maintain flexibility with work schedule and work overtime as needed 
  • Work directly with the Staff Accountants to provide analysis and reporting to the operating divisions daily, weekly, monthly 
  • Assist the teams with Accounts Receivable items, concerns, credits

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must have high school diploma or GED (Degree in Finance or Accounting preferred, not required)
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and not require sponsorship by our company now or in the future
  • Must have a valid drivers license and no more than 2 moving violations or at fault accidents within the last 3 years
  • No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the past 5 years
  • Must have intermediate level of prefriciency with Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel, and Word)
  • Must be available to work full-time with the following schedule:
    • Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
  • Must be willing to accept a starting hourly rate of $20.00 - $ 25.00 / hour
  • Must have a minimum of 6 months of previous work experience
  • Previous Accounting, Billing, A/R, A/P, or other accounting/finance/billing experience is preferred
