Houston Fleet Management is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our top performing team of sales professionals as Account Executives (AE). These individuals must have the ability to sell, be a leader, uncover opportunities and execute sales strategies to be successful.


The Houston Fleet division manages over 700 clients and 42,500 vehicles. We are looking for the right individuals to help our team grow and continue this track record of success!


Fleet Management has the tools and resources to support an exceptional sales team.

  • Guaranteed transitional pay plan + commission for 3 years

The Account Executive is a outside sales position, responsible for the generation of new business partnerships with top-level decision makers CEO's, CFO's, Presidents and Business Owners.  Fleet Management currently operates in 40 US Groups with plans to open  further into Canada and eventually Europe within the coming years.


In light of COVID-19, this position will be primarily remote or work from home position until further notice with all training being conducted through Zoom.  Strong internet capabilities required.

  • Responsible for closing new business
  • Identifying leads through referrals, field sightings and synergy with other business lines
  • Qualify prospects through research and personal contact
  • Create a strategy to convince prospects of their need to learn about our products and services
  • Conduct various meetings with our clients (including initial fact-finding, presentations, closing and transition meetings)
  • Build the initial relationship with decision makers
  • Create custom fleet management solutions to facilitate closing the sale
  • Relationship management with clients after the closing

  • Completed Bachelor's degree required
  • Must have a minimum of two years of prior successful business to business (B2B)/outside sales experience
    • Examples include: lead generation, cold-calling, a consultative sales approach, commissioned sales, Executive C-Level sales (NOT retail sales/B2C sales)
  • Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations within the last 3 years  
  • No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record (ie., DUI/DWI) in the past 5 years
  • Must live within a one hour commute of the office located at 10401 Centrepark Dr. #200 Houston, TX 77043 or will you be moving to the area within 30 days of applying to this position
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
  • Must have attended at least one “meeting” with a Regional Sales Manager in last 90 days to discuss interest in EFM career opportunities
