Enterprise Holdings has an immediate opening for two full-time Car Sales Administrative Representative Position located at one of our locations in Avon, IN and Shadeland, IN.

The Car Sales Administrative Representative will provide a high level of customer service to both internal and external customers primarily via the phone in addition to administrative support. This person is will also be responsible for helping support our inventory management duties. 


**Starting pay will be determined based on previous work experience (ranging b/w $13.50/hr-$16.50/hr)… Compensation will be reviewed annually based on standard performance reviews.

  • Outgoing calls- follow up with shops for updates on parts and vehicles; follow up with other branches, service centers and vendors

Fleet Management and Maintenance

  • Notify Management of any known vehicle problems and any required vehicle maintenance
  • Clean vehicle interior and exterior by hand or by operating washing equipment when needed
  • Lot Management (updating pricing stickers or hang tags, reconciliation of keys and vehicles, etc.)
  • Assist in shuttling vehicles to and from other branches, repair facilities, recon facilities, etc.
  • Take interior and exterior pictures of vehicles and upload photos to website


  • Perform various administrative and basic accounting functions such as: research and billing support tasks, accounts receivables, transfer and key logs, run miscellaneous reports, assist in checking and packaging finance paperwork to send to car sales accounting for review
  • Assist with Special Sales and Events
  • Assist with ordering of promotional material through Ad Shop
  • Continuously build knowledge and skills, pursue on the job training and development opportunities and any company sponsored classroom training
  • Organize and ensure accuracy and completion of all paperwork for each customer transaction
  • Break down and package deals to send to shared services
  • Assist in monitoring Weekly Status Report (WSR) and notifying mgmt. of discrepancies
  • Complete monthly reporting for shared services and management
  • Complete and send DMV paperwork
  • Follow up with recon on previously ordered keys and manuals for current dealership inventory
  • Accounts payable and receivable support (including review of CRS/deposit 2150 report)
  • Tag and title follow up for current dealership inventory
  • Assist with ECOA File review

  • Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality
  • Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:


  • Must have six months to one year of customer service retail or administrative support experience  
  • A minimum of basic level experience and understanding of PC and Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Valid Driver's License with no alcohol or drug related event within the last 5 years and no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents within the last 2 years  
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
  • Must be able to work 40 hrs. per week Monday through Friday 9am-6pm
