Overview

The Agreement Coordinator is responsible for creating global rental agreements for various channels of business, to include but not limited to Business Rental, Truck Rental, Travel Agency Insurance Replacement, and LAC Tour/Leisure and Entertainment. This position will review and ensure that all legal and business terms are strictly adhered to in the development of agreements. This position is also responsible for researching and identifying the proper language to be used or changes that must be made to an agreement to be compliant. 

 

This is a work from home/remote opportunity, with virtual training. The schedule for this position is Monday - Friday with start time from 7:30-9:00 am CST.

 

The starting pay for this position is $16.15/hour.

Responsibilities

  • Create Business Rental agreements, amendments, addendums as agreed to and approved between customers and the Business Rental Groups and Strategic team
  • Perform quality assurance audits of agreements, amendments, addendums and/or program summaries before submitting for processing
  • Liaison with legal counsel and all levels of management to ensure contracting policies and procedures are followed
  • Follow strict adherence to established processes and procedures for created all legal documents
  • Conduct conference calls and meetings with other departments, commissions, legal, BRSE’s/Directors to proactively seek direction and discuss issues or processes
  • Create presentations for sales group and management as necessary
  • Provide guidance, industry knowledge and training to the field sales force
  • Ensure adherence to department controls on pricing and agreement attributes as conveyed by upper management to the applicable sales teams

Qualifications

  • Must currently live in the state of Nevada
  • Must currently live in Las Vegas, NV or the immediate surrounding area
  • One year business administrative experience using a computer on a daily basis required
  • High School Diploma or GED required, Bachelors degree preferred
  • Bilingual in French, Spanish or Portuguese preferred
  • Proficient working knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Ability to maintain confidential information
  • Must be able to work Monday-Friday 40 hours per week with a start time from 7:30-9:00 am CST
  • Must be willing to accept starting pay of $16.15/hour.
  • Permanent residence with a defined working space that is free of distractions and meet our work from home technical requirements
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.

WFH Technical Qualifications for your home office:

  • Must have a Windows PC or Mac (no Chromebooks) with compatible OS versions: Windows 10 or macOS (newest version)
  • Must have a computer USB headset with microphone
  • Must have a computer with webcam technology
  • Must have reliable and consistent high-speed internet access provided by a cable or fiber provider (no DSL, satellite or wireless)
    • Minimum upload speed of 2mbps and minimum download speed of 5mbps
    • Use of wireless, hotspot or WiFi “air cards” are NOT ALLOWED
