The Sales Support Coordinator provides operational and sales support to sales personnel and their accounts. Our ideal candidate would be excited to work in a fast-paced environment, work well under pressure, take direction from others, multi-task, and meet short timelines.

This position positively communicates with the sales team and supports their efforts for successful sales and account support execution. This position will run customer reports, maintain spreadsheets with key information, create and/or modify flyers for departments and accounts as needed and other support duties that arise from time to time. This position will also work with and support other departments and positions to provide solutions for requests. This position is responsible for tracking support by loading key pieces of information into the sales CRM tool. 

 

This is a work from home/remote opportunity, with virtual training. The schedule for this position is 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday 8-5 pm CST

 

The starting pay for this position is $17.00/hour.

Responsibilities

  • Handling account and transactional requests for assistance from sales team and their accounts
  • Monitor department mailboxes and CRM queue’s to complete requests or funnel issues to appropriate departments for resolution
  • Investigate and follow up on reservation or rental issues to provide a positive resolution
  • Assist with creating communication/training materials needed to support the sales team and support team members
  • Run account and department report templates as needed
  • Provide direction and information as well as best practices guidance to sales team members looking for information
  • Process new sales leads - tracking success/losses/sources
  • Input all tasks, requests and information into BOSS365 - CRM account tracking tool
  • Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality
  • Maintain paper and electronic files as needed including working with SharePoint and BOSS365 CRM tool
  • Seek to improve job performance through self-assessment, skill development, training and goal setting
  • Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality
  • Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Must currently live in the state of Arkansas
  • Must currently live in Little Rock or the immediate surrounding area
  • H.S. Diploma/GED required, Associate's Degree preferred
  • One year administrative, customer service or office support experience required
  • Sales processing and/or reporting experience preferred
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
  • Must be able to attend virtual meetings/trainings will require on-camera attendance by webcam
  • Must be able to meet all current work from home technical requirements

WFH Technical Qualifications for your home office:

  • Must have a Windows PC or Mac (no Chromebooks) with compatible OS versions: Windows 10 or macOS (newest version)
  • Must have a computer with webcam technology
  • Must have reliable and consistent high-speed internet access provided by a cable or fiber provider (no DSL, satellite or wireless)
    • Minimum upload speed of 2mbps and minimum download speed of 5mbps
    • Use of wireless, hotspot or WiFi “air cards” are NOT ALLOWED
