Enterprise Holdings has an opening for a Vehicle Delivery Technician at our Norfolk Service Center, 3445 N. Military Hwy, Norfolk, VA.  The Vehicle Delivery Technician performs light maintenance on vehicles, completes pre-delivery inspections and conducts the in-fleeting process according to procedures.  This position will also cover for the fleet supervisor when he is out of the office, so must have a good understanding of computers and be able to work in a fast paced environment. This position is of routine difficulty requiring the exercise of reasonable judgment and initiative.  This is a frequent outdoor position (must be willing to work in the elements).


This is a Full Time opportunity in which you will work 40 hours/week. 

  • Check in Cars
  • Recondition of cars
  • Working with Vendors
  • Arranging lot
  • Clean vehicle exterior by hand, brush or by operating washing equipment
  • Perform basic maintenance check: antenna, under the hood, inside the vehicle, inside the trunk, and outside vehicle
  • May assist with local automobile deliveries
  • Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
  • Perform in-fleet servicing on new vehicles according to company required procedures and utilizing the delivery checklist
  • Inspect new vehicle deliveries from transporter for damages and/or missing parts and complete the delivery receipt as required by the manufacturer
  • Perform light maintenance on vehicles in fleet
  • Perform other related duties as required
  • Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality
  • Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 convicted moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years
  • No drug, alcohol related, 6 point, or reckless conviction on driving record in the past 3 years
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
  • Must be able to work outdoors (parking lot and garage) in the elements with long periods of standing.
  • Apart from religious observation, must be able to work the following schedule at the Norfolk Service Center:                         

Monday-Friday 8AM-4PM. May require some weekends based on business needs.
