Enterprise's Fleet Department has a current opening for Full Time Inventory Coordinator at their Oakland location. The Inventory Coordinator is responsible for vehicle check-in, organization, reconditioning, paperwork and overall vehicle control for the Remarketing department. 

 

 

The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:

  • Enjoy working out doors

The Inventory Coordinator positions are full time, working 40 hours per week Monday- Friday and pay $16.00/hour.

 

 


Responsibilities
  • Physical inspection report completed for each vehicle
  • Transportation coordination
  • Cost and Timing research projects as it pertains to reconditioning and transportation
  • Physical inventory of all units and lots
  • Rental notification and education of improperly pulled vehicles
  • Audit all administrative books for accuracy and compliance with the pull car guidelines
  • Prepare all vehicles for sale by managing any and all reconditioning that may be needed
  • Update system throughout fleet process with book values, equipment codes and carfax information
  • Assist in the organization of out of group transportation
  • Assist sales team and rental team by having documentation via pictures and estimates on unexpected vehicle condition
Physical requirements:
  • Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time
  • Must be able to work outdoors, under all types of weather condition

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must have a high school diploma or GED
  • Must have at least 6 months of work experience
  • Body shop and auto repair experience is a plus
  • Must have basic skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
  • Must be able to work 5 days a week Monday-Friday
