We are hiring for multiple positions at our Phoenix Airport location!

 

Interviews will take place on January 16th from 10am-3pm at the following location:

 

Phoenix Sky Harbor Rental Car Center

1805 E Sky Harbor Circle South, Phoenix, 85034

-Please park in Visitor Parking and proceed to the Enterprise/Alamo/National Administrative office (located just right of the National Rental Counter)

 

 

We are currently hiring for the following positions:

  • Return Agents
  • Greeters
  • Exit Gate Agents
  • Sr Customer Assistance Representatives 

Hours / schedule will vary based on positions.  Current openings include Opening Shifts, Mid Shifts, and Night Shifts, Weekends and holidays included as we are open 365 days per year. 

Responsibilities

Return Agents

  • Greet all customers using prescribed, appropriate dialogue as they arrive on the lot.
  • Inquire about service, satisfaction and document dissatisfaction.
  • Discreetly check vehicle for damage on incoming vehicles and direct customer to counter for completion of damage/loss report.
  • Keep lot organized for ease of access and traffic flow.

Greeters

  • Welcome members to the facility when they arrive on the lot.
  • Assist members with questions and concerns to minimize counter visits.
  • Communicate customer service issues to management.
  • Perform other customer service related duties in addition to those listed, to ensure our service meets the needs of our customers.

Exit Gate Agents

  • Verify car information and VIN number for security and car control.
  • Make eye contact and greet all customers; thank customer at the conclusion of all transactions.
  • Assist customers with directions, maps, local area information, and appropriate service information; effectively and efficiently resolve all customer service issues as necessary.
  • Perform other customer service related duties, in addition to those listed, to ensure our service levels meets the needs of the customer.

Sr Customer Assistance Representatives

  • Ensure a pleasant, smooth and efficient handling of the rental for each customer by assisting in the exchange and return vehicle processes; review rental parameters with all customers to ensure a complete understanding of rates and service charges, verify return date and time on the rental agreement is accurate and reviews all charges at the time of vehicle return.
  • Prepare Rental Agreement Folder with all required information. Offer all customers assistance with directions, maps, local area information and appropriate service information.
  • Work on behalf of the customer and the company to resolve issues in a fair and equitable manner to ensure continued customer loyalty.
  • Assist customers within the queue to minimize any wait time and provide the most efficient service possible.

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must have a High School Diploma or G.E.D
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position, now or in the future
  • Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations within the last 3 years
  • No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record in the last 5 years
