Overview

Enterprise Fleet Management has an immediate opening for a Temporary Part-Time Administrative Coordinator based out of our fleet management office in Rockville, MD. The primary role of the Administrative Coordinator is to support the Fleet Management team by completing various tasks pertaining to vendor and dealer maintenance, vehicle acquisition, car sales and license and title. This position requires substantial data entry, high levels of efficiency and accuracy, and keen ability to multitask and handle multiple projects simultaneously.  This position also requires the ability to prioritize effectively and strong attention to detail.  The ideal person will be well organized, self-motivated, possess great follow-up and customer service skills, and be able to work well with other in a team-oriented environment.

 

This position is located in Rockville, MD and has a schedule of 20-25 hours per week with a flexible schedule (between hours of 7am-6pm Monday through Friday).  Pay is $18.10 / hour. 

 

This is a temporary role which means employment for up to 90 days.  This could potentially transition into a non-temporary part-time job depending on performance, business need and workflow after 90 days.

 

Responsibilities

  • Filing and processing inter-company items
  • Scanning and processing paperwork
  • Receive, process and scan mail
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support
  • Supporting the Client Strategy Managers and Account Fleet Coordinators with administrative tasks
  • Performing miscellaneous projects and reporting on as needed basis
  • Must also have strong time-management/organizational skills and strong attention to detail
  • Candidates should be comfortable working independently and in a team environment

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must have a High School diploma or GED
    • Some college preferred
  • Must have a minimum of 1 year of administrative or accounting experience
  • Strong PC skills and intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook, Excel) required
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
  • Must have a valid US driver's license for a minimum of 1 year
  • Must have satisfactory background check inclusive of driving (no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years, and no DUI or DWI on driving record in the last 3 years) employment reference, education and social security.
