Overview

Enterprise Fleet Management has immediate openings for multiple Accounting Coordinators.  Enterprise’s Fleet Management programs offer management of vehicle acquisition, fleet maintenance, and more. This position will be involved in providing accounting and administrative support for Fleet Management Groups.

 

Our office is located at 9315 Olive Blvd, St. Louis, MO 63132.Currently, this position will train and work from home as a safety precaution due to COVID -19. When it has been determined that office work is safe to return to, this position will remain flexible and offer opportunities for on-site and work from home options.

 

This position is full time and requires normal business working hours of Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Compensation is composed of $36,000-38,000 per year plus full benefits, 401K matching, profit sharing, and great discounts!

Responsibilities

  • Create and prepare balance sheet schedules for Corporate Accountants
  • Create and prepare Reports for the Fleet Management’s regions
  • Create and prepare Bank Reconciliations 
  • Process T&E’s
  • Document and evaluate current procedures then provide suggestions for improvements
  • Assist with financial statement and schedule preparation
  • Assist with Miscellaneous Projects and Administrative tasks

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Accounting or Finance degree preferred 
  • Minimum 6 months of accounts payable and/or accounts receivable expereince
  • Intermediate to advanced level of proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
