Overview

 

Enterprise Fleet Management, an affiliate of Enterprise Holdings is currently searching for a Year-Round Business Administration Intern on our New Vehicle Acquisition Team. Our Operations Center provides a wide range of services for our leasing customers across the country.  This intern will be exposed to real life work experience along with administrative functions within their department.  The ideal candidate must be a professional, detail oriented, and self-motivated team player. The intern must be able to work 20-25 hours per week during the Winter 2019 & Spring 2020 Semester and 40 hours per week between May-August 2020. This position starts at $12.00 per hour. This internship is located at 9315 Olive Boulevard in St. Louis, MO.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with administrative tasks and reporting pertaining to vehicle acquisition and aftermarket installation. 
  • Partner with the members of the New Vehicle Acquisition Department to respond to and answer questions from the sales team in our field.
  • Create and distribute various reports provided to all levels of management and the manufacturers
  • Update internal databases and spreadsheets
  • Provide status updates to management
  • Miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

Qualifications

 

Minimum Qualifications

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • A sophomore or above, currently enrolled full-time in a college or university pursuing a bachelor’s degree
  • Ability to work Monday-Friday, up to 20-25 hours per week for the Spring/Fall Semesters up to 40 hours a week during May/June-August 2020
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products
  • 6 months of Customer service experience
  • 6 months of admin/clerical/office experience
  • Must be willing to accept $12.00/hour
