Compliance Coordinator - Fleet Management

Overview
Enterprise Fleet Management has an immediate opening for a Compliance Coordinator. This position allows you to get into the Risk Management Department at the ground level with the possibility of moving up within the department or the organization. Our ideal candidate will be a professional, detail-oriented, self-motivated team player that enjoys working in a fast paced environment. This position works 40 hours per week with various flex schedules available.
Enterprise Fleet Management is fleet management business for companies, government agencies and organizations with medium-sized fleets. The Risk Management department of 100 employees works with our more than 50 fully staffed offices nationwide, to mitigate risk and improve the customer experience. We welcome recent or upcoming college graduates to apply or anyone that wishes to pursue a career in customer service and contractual compliance.
This position works 40 hours per week and offers a flex schedule with partial work from home. Our office is located at 9315 Olive Blvd, St. Louis, MO 63132.
The starting salary range is $36,100-$39,000 based on experience.

Responsibilities
- Review Fleet Groups’ lease contract insurance compliance and manage annual policy renewals
- Process incoming calls and initiate outgoing calls with agencies, companies, group personnel and vendors
- Contact insurance brokers and carriers to obtain certificate of insurance and validate systems with received documents
- Work directly with groups and customers to resolve all outstanding risk issues
- Evaluate and investigate legal representation letters
- Administer and review first report of loss through communication with fleet driver, fleet contact, group and department personnel
- Negotiate and validate approved glass transactions as needed
- Set up claims for fleet risk customers including tows and rental requests as needed
- Perform miscellaneous job duties, as assigned

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications include:
- Minimum of three years of administrative and/or customer service experience
- Minimum of two years of successful problem resolution, client communication, and/or adversarial conversation experience
- Previous insurance industry experience preferred
- Licensed in Property & Casualty or Certification in Risk Management (CISR) preferred
- Intermediate skills of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel)
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship from our company now or in the future
