Enterprise Fleet Management, an affiliate of Enterprise Rent-A-Car, has an exciting opportunity for an EFM Shared Services Coordinator on the Transport Team.


Fleet Management is a fast paced and highly energetic sales company that manages vehicle fleets for companies with 20-300 units in service.  We handle all aspects of fleet management including vehicle acquisition, financing and disposal as well as provide risk management, maintenance and fuel programs for our clients.  This person will be part of our Business Management team at our operations center.  This position initiates and tracks the status and movement of customer leased vehicles. This includes coordinating logistics with transport vendors and various Enterprise Fleet Management teams to ensure complete satisfaction for our Groups and Clients in all aspects of the mid-lease transport process.  Our ideal candidate has excellent customer service skills and is a self-motivated, detail-oriented team player, while meeting deadlines.


This position works 40 hours per week and offers a flex schedule! The starting salary range is between $32,100-$34,000. In addition, we offer full benefits, 401K, profit sharing and great discounts! 


This position is located at: 9315 Olive Blvd, St. Louis, MO 63132.Currently, this position will train and work from home as a safety precaution due to COVID -19.  When it has been determined that office work is safe to return to, this position will remain flexible and offer opportunities for on-site and work from home options.



  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal teams, external vendors, and customers
  • Monitor and analyze the stages of the vehicle pick and delivery; taking proactive measures to ensure timely delivery of vehicles to our clients
  • Negotiate costs and timing transport vendors
  • Identify and resolve vehicle shipping delays, canceled orders, damaged vehicles and mis-shipped vehicles
  • Assess if temp tag, inspections, detailing, etc is needed; based oncustomer expectations
  • Partner with Fleet Personnel, vendors, and customers to update and track vehicles in transit
  • Ensure accurate Paystamps are posted; to initiate accurate and prompt billing to customer or group
  • Research schedule questions from open Paystamps
  • Other duties as necessary

Minimum Qualifications Include:

  • Willing to accept starting salary between $32,100-$34,000 per year
  • Minimum 1 year customer service experience
  • Minimum 1 year administrative experience
  • Intermediate PC knowledge with experience in Excel and Word
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
