Overview

The Financial Systems Development team for Enterprise Holdings has a new opening for a Financial Systems Coordinator! 

 

The Financial Systems Coordinator will assist in the development and maintenance of the company specific financial systems with an emphasis on the Rental Financial Systems (RFS) application. This position will also be responsible for supporting testing, reporting and application maintenance of financial applications.

 

This position is located at our Corporate Headquarters in Clayton, MO.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support for the RFS application to the operating groups and corporate customers
  • Gain an understanding of existing functionality related to area of expertise, considering appropriate internal controls
  • Collaborate with IT on issues and help test potential solutions
  • Become subject matter expert of RFS
  • Participate in the project implementation for specific areas of responsibility
  • Perform the testing of new processes
  • Assist with the development of training materials
  • Research our current financial processes; assist in determining system solutions to drive efficiencies and reduce cost

Qualifications

Minimum:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Information Systems required
  • One (1) year Finance, Accounting or Financial Systems experience required
  • Intermediate level of experience with Microsoft Excel
  • Basic level of experience with Microsoft Access
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
