Responsibilities

As a Security Administrator, you will be responsible for evaluating and assessing user profiles and system administration for all platforms and applications.  You will identify, recommend or present solutions in support of established policies and procedures.  You will also enforce security policies and monitor daily audit reports. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and assess user profile, system and object level administration requests for all platforms and applications; identify, recommend and/or present solutions in support of established policies and procedures and/or establishes policies and procedures for new requests, as needed. Platforms include Active Directory, Exchange, Unix, Oracle and AS400. Applications including SaaS (Software as a Service), Cloud infrastructure, and mobility solutions
  • Administer, document, monitor and enforce compliance of overall security/privacy policies
  • Collaborate with business partners to determine the security/privacy impact from the implementation of new technology
  • Participate and provide subject matter expertise and best practices in IT projects based upon security standards and policies; coordinate project implementation activities
  • Analyze and provision high volumes of requests in a timely manner
  • Assist with task automation and process improvements
  • Identify any security privacy policy issues; research solutions and make recommendations; take appropriate steps towards resolution
  • Provide technical support by troubleshooting security issues and resolving or escalating as necessary
  • Analyze audit report, and escalate potential problems
  • Maintain and document up-to-date knowledge of procedures and policies used to perform job duties
  • Protect our customers, our employees, and our brands by incorporating security and compliance in all decisions and daily job responsibilities; follow security policies and procedures

Qualifications

Required:

  • Must be presently authorized to work in the U.S. without a requirement for work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
  • 2+ years of related experience (to include, security, customer service, technology, help desk, etc.)
  • Understanding of Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP, as well as general IT knowledge and troubleshooting techniques
  • Ability to safeguard proprietary and sensitive information exercising good judgment while working with confidential information
  • Ability to work on small to large, moderately complex assignments that may require research and advanced skill application
  • Must be able to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical users
  • Must be committed to incorporating security into all decisions and daily job responsibilities

Preferred:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, or related field preferred
  • Previous experience with Windows Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange Account Administration, AS/400, and Unix account management is preferred
  • Scripting knowledge is preferred (VB, PowerShell, etc.)
