Enterprise Holdings has an immediate opening for a Shared Services Coordinator in the Car Sales Shared Services Department!  This position will provide support to the Car Sales Shared Services division by acting as the main point of contact for the dealership staff and administrative offices. This position will work closely with our dealerships to provide day to day support of processing, funding, and general Shared Services reporting. The Shared Services Coordinator is responsible for providing a high level of customer service while developing and maintaining strong relationships with the Car Sale dealerships they support.

 

The schedule for this position is Monday-Friday with start times ranging between 7am-8:30am cst. This position is located off of St. Charles Rock Road and I-170, in St. Louis, MO 63114. 


This exciting opportunity works 40 hours per week with a starting salary of $33,000/yr. In addition, we offer full benefits, 401K, profiting sharing and great discounts! 

 


Responsibilities
  • Act as a primary point of contact for assigned locations and be a knowledgeable resource for car sale processing, accounting, and compliance
  • Identify trends and provide problem resolution when needed
  • Review daily reporting related to the completion and funding process of car sale transactions
  • Develop and maintain strong team and vendor relationships
  • Resolve challenges related to the funding, keying, and collection process
  • Assist in the processing of car sale transactions as needed throughout the month
  • Deliver a consistent high level of customer service to internal and external customers
  • Communicate weekly, monthly, and annual reports to assigned Groups on behalf of the department
  • Lead and conduct location calls to review reporting provided as needed
  • Process product cancellations on behalf of customers and lenders as needed
  • Assist with branch specific requests such as auditing files, facilitating payoffs, and scanning of documents


Qualifications

 

 

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
    Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
  • Must be willing to accept a starting salary of $33,000/year
  • Minimum two years of customer service experience OR minimum two years of administrative support experience required
  • Basic level or above proficiency with Microsoft Office products required
  • Must be able to work a Monday-Friday schedule with start times ranging between 7am-8:30am cst
