Shared Services Representative - Enterprise Fleet Management

Overview
Enterprise Fleet Management, an affiliate of Enterprise Rent-A-Car, has an exciting opportunity for a Shared Services Representative.
This position provides a broad range of support and assistance to both internal and external Fleet Management customers. The representative is primarily responsible for monitoring and following up on roadside events, assisting with extending rental reservations, as well as relaying approval confirmation to repair facilities.
We are looking for individuals with experience in a fast-paced challenging role, who wants to provide exceptional service with every vendor and client interaction. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently, be self-motivated, have solid organization skills, and have a high sense of urgency. In, addition the candidate will be tactful when advocating for our clients with vendor partners.
This is a hybrid position that requires a minimum of 2 days in office, with the possiblity of additional days based on business need. Our Fleet Management office is located in Olivette, MO at 9315 Olive Blvd. in St. Louis, MO 63132.
Our department operates between the hours of Monday-Friday 6am-7pm (CST) and Saturday 7am-4pm (CST). Schedules offered are based on current business needs.
This position offers a competitive compensation package that includes:

Responsibilities
- Monitor the advancement of live jobs by conducting follow ups to vendor partners, clients, and maintenance repair facilities in a timely manner
- Communicate status of live jobs and vehicles out of service at repair facilities by noting internal system and emailing or calling clients
- Identify and escalate customer service opportunities related to roadside assistance or delays in repairs
- Extend replacement rentals to accommodate alternate transportation for fleet drivers
- Consult with, and make recommendations to, clients regarding vehicle repair service progression
- Relay repair approvals to repair facilities on behalf of the client
- Process vehicle safety recall notifications to client by sorting, processing, and forwarding received notifications to clients.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of Customer Service experience
Minimum 1 year of administrative support experience
- Must be willing to accept a minimum starting pay of $15.82-$18.99 per hour based on experience and shift
- Basic level or better proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and Outlook
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
