Shared Services Representative

Overview
Enterprise Holdings has an opportunity for a Car Sales Representative in the Shared Services Department. This position will perform a variety of administrative and clerical duties including; processing car sale files, photo copying, and filing. In addition, this position will assist other team members within our department to aid in the satisfaction of our Car Sales Groups. This position is located off of St. Charles Rock Road and I-170, in St. Louis, MO.
This exciting opportunity works 40 hours per week- Monday-Friday, with a start time ranging from 7:00am-9:00am. The starting salary for the position is $30,000/yr. In addition, we offer full benefits, 401K, profit sharing and great discounts!
Responsibilities
Process daily incoming car sale files and general paperwork from sale locations
Review and approve car sale transactions within the processing system
Compare customer paperwork to processing system
Communicate paperwork discrepancies to team members to address with branch personnel
Separate and make photocopies of required documents for funding packets
Utilize daily tracking tool to record the disposition of the file throughout the life cycle
Coordinate and complete team storage and filing needs
Assist in file pull requests for the team as needed
Process daily outgoing mail to financial institutions

Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
- High school diploma or GED required
- Must be willing to accept a starting salary of 30,000/yr
Minimum 1 year of Customer Service experience required
Minimum 1 year of administrative support experience required
Basic level proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and Outlook
Qualifies candidates must also possess the following:
Attention to detail for accuracy in performing data entry and paperwork processing
Ability to demonstrate customer service skills
Ability to meet deadlines
Ability to demonstrate strong organization and follow up skills
Strong ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees and management
