Enterprise Holdings has an exciting opportunity for a Title Coordinator on the Car Sales Shared Services Team. The Title Coordinator will focus primarily on title tracking for units purchased from external vendors as well as assisting with trade-in titles and lien releases for individual car sale customers. In addition, this position would be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with both internal Enterprise contacts and external vendors. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has excellent customer service skills and is extremely organized, detail-oriented, with the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities.

 

 


Responsibilities
  • Contact third parties including Financial Institutions, Auto Auctions, Dealerships and other Enterprise Groups to obtain titles, lien releases or additional information related to titles
  • Coordinate department’s internal title process which includes tracking, scanning and sending received titles to Enterprise group contacts
  • Research, follow-up and document missing title report for titles not received by external vendors
  • Request duplicate titles from state DMVs for external purchases and customer trade-ins
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal Enterprise contacts such as the Corporate Inventory team and Group Admin
  • Create efficiencies to ensure prompt receipt of titles/lien releases


Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum one (1) year of administrative experience
  • Minimum one (1) year of customer service experience
  • Intermediate level experience and understanding of a PC
  • Intermediate level experience and understanding with Microsoft Office Products (particularly Excel)
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
