About the Role

The Trade Coordinator will provide support to the Car Sales Shared Services division by tracking trade-in units, issuing trade payoffs and obtaining trade titles/lien releases from financial institutions.  This position will work closely with our car sale branches and outside vendors to ensure a thorough titling process for all vehicle trade-ins.


Our Car Sales Division continues to grow and evolve with the changing used car market!  Our Car Sales Shared Services team is an integral part of their success and operates in St. Louis at our campus on Olive Blvd.  This position will operate on-site with a Monday-Friday schedule with start times ranging between 7am-9am CST.  Prior experience in the auto sales industry, especially with titling, is greatly preferred.

  • Act as a primary contact for administrative trade questions for assigned groups and communicate directly with branch personnel for missing or incomplete information
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal teams, groups and financial institutions
  • Pull working queries for pending trade sales and apply data to tracking log as well as document trade log with thorough tracking information.
  • Issue trade payoffs to financial institutions, dealers, etc. using PeopleSoft Financials
  • Obtain title and/or lien release from lenders, dealers or groups, and DMVs
  • Work monthly reports, including balance sheet schedules to ensure payoff accuracy and cost schedules in regard to trade-in units, and then submit entries to the accounting team for processing.
  • Assist with arbitrary deletes of trade unit numbers upon request
  • Assist with “We’ll Buy Your Car” setup and payment process
  • Maintain trade process and lender contacts in trade manual

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • High School Diploma/GED/Equivalent required
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
  • Must have 2 years of Customer service and/or administrative support experience
  • Experience with vehicle titling strongly preferred
  • Experience in the auto sales preferred
  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office products (particularly Excel) required
