Vehicle Acquisition Coordinator

Enterprise Fleet Management, an affiliate of Enterprise Holdings, currently has an exciting opportunity for a Vehicle Acquisition Coordinator (VAC.  This position is the front line of vehicle administrative support for our Fleet Management Sales Teams.  The VAC is responsible for providing a high level of customer service while developing and maintaining strong relationship with the Fleet Management groups that they support.  They will also serve as the primary point of contact for sales teams and clients with regard to specific inquiries throughout all stages of the vehicle acquisition life cycle.  The VAC partners, collaborates, and negotiates with vendors to ensure timely delivery of our clients vehicles.  


This position offers a competitive compensation package that includes:


  • Minimum starting pay is $39,900-$45,000 depending upon relevant experience
  • The potential to earn an additional $3,744 per year through a 12 course certification program
  • 401k, Profit Sharing and Full Benefits


This office is located at: 9315 Olive Blvd. in St. Louis, MO 63132


  • Serve as the primary point of contact for sales teams with regard to specific inquiries throughout all stages of the vehicle acquisition life cycle, delivered with a consistent high level of customer service and accuracy
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationship with internal and external contacts
  • Communicate with clients at time of vehicle delivery, utilizing knowledge and expertise to answer questions about the delivery process and ancillary services
  • Partner with external vendors to coordinate pre-delivery inspection, timely installation of aftermarket equipment and transportation/logistics
  • Negotiate with dealers, after-market equipment vendors and transportation providers for courtesy delivery fees, cost and timing
  • Coordinate with dealers to facilitate temp tags, title and registration, and sales/use tax refunds
  • Partner with Fleet Strategy Managers and remarketing team to update and track vehicles turned in to be sold
  • Market and sell orphaned vehicles to dealers
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide problem resolution for sales teams and clients related to all areas of vehicle acquisition
  • Pro-actively manage temporary tags through completion of initial registration to ensure legal operation of the vehicles
  • Identify, request and obtain any required state-specific documentation or information from sales team and clients to ensure timely vehicle registration

Minimum Qualifications include:

  • 4 years logistics, supply chain, or customer support experience 
  • Available Monday through Friday, 40 hours a week
  • Basic PC skills; including Excel, Word, Outlook
  • Willing to accept a salary of $39,900-$45,000 annually
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization by our company for this position now or in the future
