What does your management training look like?

On-the-Job Training

The majority of your training will occur on-the-job. You will work with your manager to stay on track of your learning objectives and goals.

Formal Training

As a Management Trainee, some of your training will take place in a classroom setting with subject matter experts.

Mentoring

The Enterprise Formal Mentor Program assists mentees in their professional and personal development by focusing on company culture, diversity, leadership, interpersonal skills and work/life balance. Employees are also encouraged to create informal mentoring relationships within the organization.

We are hiring Sales Management Trainees & Management Trainee Interns for the following locations: 
Tampa, St. Pete, Brandon and Lakeland!

Responsibilities

Sales Management Trainee:

As a Management Trainee, you’ll start learning our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches. You will be entrusted to serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert. In our structured program, you will master the knowledge and skills you need to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team.

In our hands-on learning environment, you will receive the guidance, mentoring, and support you need to be successful. You will also get out into the community and establish the relationships essential to building your own business.

We’ll teach you how to excel at customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations. And you’ll learn what it means to always put our customers first. Ours is a culture of friendly competition, which is critical to growing our business — and your success.

This position offers a targeted annual compensation of $41,300.

Management Trainee Intern:

When you join our Management Internship Program, you'll acquire highly marketable skills and experience pertaining to every aspect of running a successful business. You'll soon discover that every day is different because it is filled with so many new, exciting, rewarding and often unexpected challenges. There is one consistent aspect, however - everyday, you'll learn more about sales/marketing, customer service, business management, and administrative skills than you ever thought possible.


At Enterprise, you won't be a glorified gopher getting coffee or filing all day. Our interns go at the same energized pace and take on the same challenges and responsibilities as our Management Trainees.


Not only is it a paid internship program, but interns may also be eligible for performance incentives and employee referral rewards. The business training you'll receive will be an amazing jumpstart to your career.

This position offers $11.00/hour.

Qualifications

Sales Management Trainee:

  • 4 Year Bachelor's Degree is required.
  • Must also have a minimum of 1 year relevant work/leadership experience (cumulative) in:
    • Sales
    • Customer Service (i.e. retail, restaurant)
    • Management/Supervisory Experience in a sales or service industry
    • Organizational/leadership involvement (i.e. Academic Organizations/Clubs)
    • Military Involvement
    • Community Social Involvement
    • Professional/Student Athletics
  • Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years.
  • No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record in past 5 years (DWI/DUI).
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
  • Must not have interviewed for this position within the last six months.

Management Trainee Intern:

  • Must be enrolled in a bachelor's degree program with a graduation date no later than August 2019.
  • Must also have a minimum of 1 year relevant work/leadership experience (cumulative) in:
    • Sales
    • Customer Service (i.e. retail, restaurant)
    • Management/Supervisory Experience in a sales or service industry
    • Organizational/leadership involvement (i.e. Academic Organizations/Clubs)
    • Military Involvement
    • Community Social Involvement
    • Professional/Student Athletics
  • Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years.
  • No drug or alcohol related conviction on your record in the past 5 years (i.e., DUI, DWI)
  • Must not require now or in the future work authorization sponsorship from our company for an employment-based work permit or other work authorization document
  • Must be available to start from the 1st day of training January 21st through April 26th and work no more than 25 hours per week or less.
  • Must be able to attend the first three days of training from 9:00am-4:00pm January 21st, 22nd, & 23rd.
