Enterprise Rent a Car in Tampa FL is excited to announce an opening for a License and Title Clerk!  This position is designed to provide support for the Enterprise/National/Alamo brands as it pertains to License and Title functions. The License and Title Clerk will be responsible for the administrative processing of license and title paperwork as it pertains to initial registrations, renewals, resale and other various license and title items. The ideal candidate for this position will be able to multi-task, have a high attention to detail, able to meet deadlines, good organizational skills and able to work in individual and team atmospheres.


This position is located at our regional office at 3505 E Frontage Rd. Tampa FL 34639

This position will be working a 40 work week between the hours of 8am-5pm 

Compensation for this position is non-negotiable at the rate of $15/hr

  • Processing title applications with the State
  • Managing license plate & decal inventory
  • Processing tag applications with County tag offices
  • Preparing title reassignments
  • Forwarding license plates and renewal decals to rental locations and service centers
  • Assisting rental teams and regional offices with license/decal requests
  • Coordinating monthly license renewals & follow-up on pending items
  • Maintaining & submitting various reports and other clerical duties

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Apart from religious observations, must be able to work a 40 hour work week: Monday-Friday; 8am-5pm
  • Must have at least 12 months experience in administrative or data entry position
  • Must be willing to accept the pay of $15/hr
  • Must have a valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years
  • No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the past 5 years (ie., DUI/DWI)
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
