Overview

Enterprise Holdings has an exciting opportunity for a Work from Home Account Development Representative!

 

The Account Development Representative (ADR) plays a key role with our contracted Accounts and will work directly with Sales Executives, Account Managers and Accounts to provide a very high level of support to the client for both Enterprise and National.  This position will manage everyday requests and issues that come in from the account contact and will ensure that everything gets handled and resolved in a timely manner.  This position will manage accounts with the potential to spend less than $1.5MM in car rental each year.

 

This is a work from home/remote opportunity, with virtual training.The schedule for this position is 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday with start times between 8:00am - 9:00am CST.

 

 

Responsibilities

  • Utilize all tools and resources to ensure a high level of account service

  • Ensure that department processes and best practices are documented and consistently applied
  • Assist the Business Rental Sales Executive (BRSE) with the timely set up and implementation of accounts; work closely with BRSEs to establish the needs of the account
  • Handle routine service to accounts primarily via email communication
  • Investigate and forward all account issues to the appropriate department (i.e., Operations, Billing, etc.); forward escalated matters to senior team members; make account owner aware of issues and communicate resolutions
  • Input all tasks, requests and information into the customer relationship management (CRM) tool
  • Identify opportunities within existing accounts to call on new divisions or subsidiaries that have not yet been worked
  • Coordinate with marketing to develop touch points and to communicate important news and information to accounts; ensure accounts feel valued

  • Handle any special requests from the account and coordinate with the applicable support area
  • Seek to improve job performance through self-assessment, skill development, training and goal setting
  • Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality
  • Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Must currently live in the state of Oklahoma
  • Must currently live in Tulsa or the immediate surrounding area
  • H.S. Diploma/GED required, Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • One year business-to-business customer service / sales experience required
  • Three years customer service experience in a high-volume, fast-paced, dynamic environment required
  • Intermediate skill level with Microsoft Office products required; Word, Excel and Outlook 
  • French Bilingual preferred
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
  • Must be able to attend virtual meetings/trainings will require on-camera attendance by webcam
  • Must be able to meet all current work from home technical requirements

WFH Technical Qualifications for your home office:

  • Must have a Windows PC or Mac (no Chromebooks) with compatible OS versions: Windows 10 or macOS (newest version)
  • Must have a computer with webcam technology
  • Must have reliable and consistent high-speed internet access provided by a cable or fiber provider (no DSL, satellite or wireless)
    • Minimum upload speed of 2mbps and minimum download speed of 5mbps
