Responsibilities

As a Lead Solution Architect on the Identity and Access Management team, you will translate information security and business requirements into architectural blueprints for the department’s IAM solutions that align with our overall technology vision. In addition, you will be a subject matter expert across the entire department, and will collaborate with engineers and other architects on the direction for new solutions.  You must maintain knowledge of emerging architectural methods and technologies in addition to knowledge of business strategy and security – and apply all of these to the solutions you design. You may also be asked to contribute to global IT architecture strategies. You will use your technical knowledge to define architecture that meets short and long-term requirements. You will be responsible for defining technical roadmaps and strategies that align with IT and Business needs. Finally, to be successful in this role, you will also need to provide instruction and guidance to team members and influence and partner with other technologists and leaders across the organization.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Must be presently authorized to work in the U.S. without a requirement for work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
  • Must be committed to incorporating security into all decisions and daily job responsibilities
  • 8+ years of experience with IT, including supporting access management solutions, connector and systems integrations, entitlements management, user credential management, or user security behavior monitoring
  • 5+ years of experience working with Microsoft's Entra suite of products, specifically Entra ID (Azure AD)
  • 4+ years of experience architecting highly available, scalable, and agile IAM solutions in alignment with larger enterprise (security) architectures
  • Expertise of modern software lifecycle development and automated cloud infrastructure deployment
  • 3+ years of experience automating cloud deployments using Azure Resource Manager or HashiCorp Terraform
  • Working knowledge of proficiencies and controls such as Privileged Account Management (PAM) including privileged account vaulting, privileged session management, and endpoint privilege management
  • Governance and Administration including identity lifecycle management (joiner, mover, leaver), access certification, and access rights governance
  • Ability to understand the organizations’ Information Security “big picture” including the Compliance Regulations, business drivers, Access Management processes, tools, and practices and the interdependencies

Preferred:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, or related field preferred
  • Knowledge of other IAM platforms, such as ForgeRock, Ping Identity, CyberArk, and Delinea
  • Strong understanding of architecture, design, and implementation experience in Web Access Management
  • Microsoft SC- and/or AZ- certifications
