Responsibilities

As a Project Manager – Data Management & Reporting Solutions, you will be responsible for planning, directing, coordinating, and monitoring IT projects and program activities for cross-department teams with a wide range of skill sets. You will provide leadership, communication, and success measurements for the delivery of new and or existing products and services. As a Project Manager, you will collaborate with others to define project scope and objectives, define and coordinate tasks and dependencies, and identify required skills and resource requirements for project teams. You will identify project risks and dependencies, collaborating with others to develop mitigation plans. You will follow and promote established project management methodologies, standards, processes and procedures; recommending modifications to enhance outcomes.

The position must reside onsite at one of our two St. Louis based campuses, with the ability to travel between our local campuses as needed.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Must be presently authorized to work in the U.S. without a requirement for work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
  • Must be committed to incorporating security into all decisions and daily job responsibilities
  • 3+ years IT related project management experience, preferably in the data management & reporting domain
  • Must show ability to deliver on programs/projects
  • Proficient knowledge of program and project management concepts, from planning and inception through implementation and support
  • Proven ability to concurrently manage multiple end-to-end projects
  • Intimate knowledge of phases of full life cycle application development
  • Proficient functional and technical knowledge enabling scoping analysis techniques, tool usage and standards
  • Experience in communicating with stakeholders and technical project team members, managing, planning, directing, coordinating, organizing, and reporting on concurrent assigned projects
  • Able to perform in the face of ambiguity, ensure stakeholder accountability, and deliver on committed baseline plans by project team.
  • Proven leadership, results orientation, and self-motivation traits
  • Strong knowledge of SDLC (software development lifecycle) phases
  • Strong collaboration skills and teamwork
  • Must possess strong meeting facilitation, interpersonal, ownership, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Able to perform in the face of ambiguity, ensure stakeholder accountability, and deliver on committed baseline plans by project team.
  • Proven leadership, results orientation, and self-motivation traits

Preferred:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, or related field preferred
  • Knowledge of software development technologies, tools, and processes
  • General understanding of Power BI & SQL Server Reporting Services
  • Exposure to Azure architecture/services (AKS, storage, functions, Entra/AAD, etc.)
  • PMP Certification
  • Scrum Master Certification
