As we continue to build our team in support of our vision to the be the world’s best and most trusted mobility company, the Marketing team is excited to announce the opening of a Senior Creative Marketing Specialist.

 

The Senior Creative Marketing Specialist is responsible for day-to-day management of creative agency partners in the development and production of Enterprise Mobility’s creative projects lifecycle in support of integrated marketing campaigns and business objectives. The Senior Creative Marketing Specialist reports to the External Creative Manager and acts as the “client-side” equivalent to Account Service. The Senior Creative Marketing Specialist works in close collaboration with the External Creative Manager, Creative Director, Portfolio & Delivery Management, and other Enterprise Mobility Marketing teams to develop highly engaging and effective creative marketing campaigns via TV, digital, social, print, and other emerging media. The Senior Creative Marketing Specialist, in partnership with Media and Portfolio & Delivery Management, has direct responsibility for executing assets on-time, on-budget, and on-strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Support the External Creative Manger by managing all creative agency projects, includingproject intake, overseeing active projects, gaining internal alignment and approvals, clarifying, summarizing, and communicating direction supporting execution of integrated campaigns.
  • Serve as the day-to-day contact for creative agency partners and internal teams, providing guidance to help shape and drive integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Responsible for delivery of creative assets to internal stakeholders and external partners across all media channels.
  • Serve as primary creative projectmanagement contact for media agency partners, managing development of all paid media assets.
  • Conduct regular audits of in-market creative across the organization to ensure work is current and aligned with communication objectives.
  • Serve as liaison between external creative partners and in-house creative team, communicating availability of and sharing assets, driving seamless project transitions and handoffs.
  • Collaborate with Supply Chain, business management, and agency partners to develop and oversee project administration documents ensuring work is successfully executed within specs and cost parameters.
  • Manage scope changes and anticipate impact on the schedule and/or budget, communicating implications to internal stakeholders and/or project team, as needed.
  • Support creative development and production for campaign/activation initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the External Creative Manager, Creative Director, and In-House creative team to ensure consistency across creative and optimize effectiveness of creative performance.
  • Maintain and provide reporting all project details in internal workflow system to ensure project activity is current.
  • Manage the creative team’s talent/music usage, making recommendations to align with company standards, business needs, and industry best practices.
  • Manage agency estimates and invoices to ensure adherence to approved brand/project budgets.
  • Identify opportunities to proactively drive efficiencies in creative asset delivery and trafficking for paid media, as well as multi-deliverable integrated marketing programs.

Qualifications

Minimum:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
  • Four (4+) or more years of creative marketing or advertising agency account services experience
  • Experience in project management software, such as AirTable or WorkFront
  • Accomplished in working with cross-functional teams to ensure success of projects or campaigns

Preferred:

  • Multi-national campaign development/creative transcreation experience
